We repair running cisterns, flush and filling faults, leaks and toilet blockages in Perth homes, rentals and managed properties. Tell us what happens before, during or after flushing. We assess the toilet and relevant drainage, explain the repair options and provide a written quote.
Call 0413 477 667 Book toilet repairIf water keeps flowing into the pan after a flush, we check the cistern components and relevant connections. Tell us whether the cistern keeps refilling and whether water is also appearing outside the toilet. The condition of the components and availability of compatible parts guide the repair options.
For slow filling or an unreliable flush, tell us whether the cistern is concealed or exposed and how the controls behave. We assess the accessible supply connection and components. If a concealed cistern needs extra access work, we explain that work before including it in the quote.
If the bowl fills or waste will not clear when flushed, tell us whether sinks, showers or other toilets are affected. We assess the toilet and the drainage serving it. If several drains are backing up, our drain blockage assessment and clearing service covers those drainage problems.

We inspect the reported fault and the components we can safely access, then explain whether the work involves filling, flushing, connections or drainage. A toilet-component repair, a complete replacement and drain clearing are different jobs. We explain the findings so you can approve the work needed.
If replacement is being considered, we check the toilet's condition, connection positions and fixture dimensions. Tell us whether you have selected a new toilet and who will supply it. The quote identifies any parts, removal or connection work included before you approve it.
After the repair, we check the relevant filling, flushing or connection and explain the result. If the source of water around the toilet is unclear, we may recommend a separate water leak investigation to identify it. For a rental or managed property, include the approval contact and bathroom entry arrangements when booking.
For a running cistern or unreliable flush, we assess whether a component repair will address the fault. A complete toilet replacement needs its own product and installation assessment. If water backs up in the bowl, we also consider the drainage. Tell us the symptoms before deciding which job to book.
If you have a replacement toilet in mind, send the product details and dimensions already available. We confirm who supplies it and which removal, connection changes or separate floor and wall work are included. The existing toilet-repair price guide covers repairs; it is not a complete replacement package.
A running cistern can keep refilling or let water flow into the pan. A toilet that refills on its own may be losing water from the cistern, causing the fill mechanism to start again. We inspect the components before recommending parts repair or replacement. Repeated refilling does not establish that a new suite is required.
Water at the toilet base needs different checks from water running into the pan. We check the accessible connections, fixture condition and where the water appears. If water rises in the bowl or other drains back up, we assess the drainage as a separate part of the job.

We first check the toilet and whether suitable repair parts are available. If replacement is recommended, the written quote confirms the toilet, connection work and any other tasks included.
