Reaching the pipe or fitting
A visible tap or joint may need less access work than a hidden pipe. We explain any opening of walls, floors or other surfaces before you approve the work.
We provide plumbing repairs and installations in Perth, from blocked drains and leaking pipes to hot water, taps, toilets and other fixtures. Our local team assesses the problem or proposed installation, explains the work needed and provides a written quote before you approve it.

We find plumbing leaks and repair the affected fitting, joint or agreed section of pipe. If the damaged pipe is already visible, we can assess the repair directly. For hidden dampness, we may first need to locate the source and agree how to reach it. Compare the investigation and repair scope on our leak detection page, and use the leak reporting guide for existing observations and safe photos.
We assess and clear blockages affecting sinks, showers and toilets. If further investigation or pipe repairs are needed, we explain and quote for them separately. Clearing an obstruction and replacing a damaged pipe are different jobs. See the blocked-drain clearing and repair quote scope for the items to confirm before booking.
We repair toilet filling and flushing faults, including cisterns that keep running. For pressure changes or water hammer, we assess the property water supply and explain if the issue needs attention from the utility provider.
We assess hot-water plumbing and the related electrical requirements through the appropriate trade, then agree repair or replacement. Dishwasher and toilet installations can include the agreed product, removal of the old unit and taking it away.
For plumbing repairs in Joondalup, Balcatta or Morley, see our Northern Suburbs service information or Eastern Suburbs service information. These guides explain the areas our Perth-based team covers.
We can coordinate tap, toilet, leak and drainage repairs at one rental or strata property. We confirm the investigation, repairs and any common-property work with the owner or managing contact before proceeding.
We first investigate the source of a leak or blockage, then agree the repair to the affected joint, fitting or pipe. For installations, we check the chosen product, existing plumbing and access before providing a quote.
For an active leak, protect people and property only where it is safe to do so. Keep clear of wet electrical equipment, do not remove panels or fittings, and call 000 if there is immediate danger.
A visible tap or joint may need less access work than a hidden pipe. We explain any opening of walls, floors or other surfaces before you approve the work.
We choose suitable parts for the existing fitting or proposed replacement. The quote confirms which products we supply and the installation included.
After the repair, we check the relevant pipe, joint or drainage and explain any remaining issue or separately agreed follow-up.
Choose the issue closest to what you have noticed. You do not need to know the cause before contacting us.

Water beneath a sink, around a fitting, along a wall or below a ceiling. Tell us where you see it and whether it is still leaking.
Water leak detection →Slow drainage, gurgling, blocked basins, showers or sinks, or wastewater coming back through another outlet.
Discuss drainage →No hot water, lower temperatures, uneven flow or water near the unit. Leave panels and electrical components closed and untouched.
Discuss hot water →Dripping taps, leaks around handles, weak flow at one tap or a fitting that no longer works properly.
Tap and mixer repairs →A cistern that keeps running or fills slowly, water leaking onto the floor, or a toilet that cannot be used normally.
Toilet repairs →Send the work-order reference, site access details, approval contact and the occupant report.
Property-management details →Emergency repair fees follow the quoted work plan. For urgent work, call rather than relying on an online enquiry.
Tell us the address, what you can see and when it started. Include photos only if you can take them safely.
We use the address, access contact and service category to arrange an on-site plumbing assessment and confirm the repair plan and written quote.
For managed properties, include the work-order reference and approval contact so we can keep the repair details together.
For a slow outlet or wastewater returning through fixtures, start with drainage. Water appearing outside a pipe or fitting belongs with leak assessment; a known damaged pipe belongs with pipe repair. A shower leak may involve plumbing, seals or waterproofing, so the source needs assessment before any repair is agreed. Low pressure at one tap is different from a whole-property supply change. Tell us which outlets are affected rather than assuming that every problem needs pipe replacement.
The written quote identifies the agreed investigation or repair, included materials and relevant access work. The published AUD ranges are guides for standard-hours, standard-scope work, not a fixed quote for an unseen property. Ask which additional work would require further approval.
Tell us when the shower leaks and which outlets have changed. We check whether the cause involves the plumbing, waterproofing or supply. Any specialist or additional work is confirmed separately after assessment.
Use the plumbing price overview as a starting point, then compare the work included in the written quote. Finding a concealed leak, repairing an accessible fitting and replacing equipment are not the same job. A repair-only amount should not be compared with a quote that also includes supply, access and restoration.
Before booking, we confirm the proposed attendance or investigation terms with you, including materials, included work, any charge if you do not proceed and items needing separate approval. Tell us about after-hours or access requirements so we can confirm the arrangements and charges. The published guide is not an hourly rate or a free call-out offer.
Our service regions cover the CBD and inner suburbs, northern, southern, eastern and western suburbs, and the Perth Hills and Swan Valley. The guides include Joondalup and Canning Vale and link to the existing service enquiry routes from our Perth office.
Tell us about faults with fixed water or drainage pipes, leaking fittings, toilets or hot-water plumbing. We confirm the work and the authorisation it requires. Gas fitting and internal appliance repairs need separate confirmation before we can accept them.
